Our estimators work directly from architectural and structural drawings to prepare comprehensive quantity takeoffs covering all trades — civil, structural, finishes, MEP and external works. We apply current market rates and CPWD/state PWD schedule of rates to produce realistic, defensible cost estimates.
Our BOQ documents are structured to support competitive tendering, contract administration and cost control throughout the construction process. We also offer value engineering advice to help clients achieve their design goals within budget.
